We offer returns and replacements for damaged or incorrect deliveries. Please submit your claim within 2 days of delivery, with photo or video proof of the parcel’s condition.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and with the original invoice.
- Returns must reach our warehouse within 15 days of delivery.
After our quality assurance team assesses the returned item, a replacement or coupon will be issued.
Note:
- Customers are responsible for the safe return of items.
- We do not support replacements for change of mind or product preference.
- Instead of cash refunds, we provide coupons for future purchases.
